New Products Innovation Director – Warsaw, Poland
Profile requirements:
- Understanding of new business/innovations specific and proven experience in product development, go2market and active sales
- Ability to plan and implement strategy and roadmap for group of products, toolset and experience in customer-centric product development methods
- Experience in products/ ideas development from early stage up to scale-up stage, based on internal and external resources (partnerships, co-development)
- Experience as a team leader and proven ability to support the team in problematic situations and effective work as a part of the team
- Experience in effective cooperation with partners, suppliers, other company units and sales departments
- Excellent interpersonal and communications competences (verbal and written). Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, the ability to resolve conflicts
- Demonstrated ability to manage different stakeholders and expectations, experience in internal and external communication of brand and products as well as positioning
- Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and must be self-managed, able to drive others, and be a positive influence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills including the ability to articulate progress, issues and recommendations in a concise manner.
- Handle challenges well, and is able to work in a high-pressure environment and deliver results to tight deadlines in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Superb attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (including ability to present to a senior audience like a Board)

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 10 years of industry experience, 5 of which are working in Product Management, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce or similar role in a Head of position
- Experience and ability in planning new products and services, from business case to product launch
- Proven track record of scoping, launching and managing commercially successful products or partnerships
- Knowledgeable of product discovery and development best practices, as well as qualitative and quantitative evaluative methods, including a high degree of comfort with data analysis
- Expert in working with Agile product development and delivery teams
- Experience with content partners (video, music and digital)
